Kin Properties, Inc. is a privately owned company the principals of which have been acquiring commercial properties for over forty years. We specialize in the ownership and operation of single-tenant, free-standing, net-leased properties. We are patient owners, investing only our own funds on our own behalf and do not act as syndicators or investment advisors for others.

Our 850 plus properties range in size from as small as 2,000 sq. ft., to as large as 2,000,000 sq. ft., and are located in 45 states and Canada.
